Our firm specializes in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder get their legal needs met and arrive at the best possible outcome.

Carol Weinman has been practicing criminal law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over 25 years and specializes in  autism spectrum disorder (ASD).  As a former Philadelphia Prosecutor, Weinman understands her opponents by knowing first-hand the Prosecutor's secret tactics and how police officers conduct themselves in the courtroom.  As a Prosecutor and Defense Attorney, Weinman has gained the reputation of judges and colleagues for being  tough  and assertive.

Weinman has committed her practice to defending and advocating for individuals with ASD who are arrested, disciplined, suspended and bullied.  Her knowledge and experience as an attorney, certified autism expert  and proud parent  of a son with ASD provide her with the unique  insight and expertise to advocate for children, teens and adults with ASD who find themselves in legal trouble and who deserve much more in educational institutions.
